Premise
The surface of the ocean is loud. Wind, chop, weather, the constant rearrangement of whatever floats. That is the feed.
Fathom descends. The undercurrents that decide who owns the housing stock, who underwrites the credit, who sits on the cap table — those don't move at the speed of a headline. They move slowly, and they move in the dark, and you have to go down to see them.
This show assumes a patient listener and a long memory. It treats history as a working tool, not a decoration. Nothing here is breaking. Most of it has been breaking for a very long time.
